1. Acceptance

By clicking "I agree" (or an equivalent affirmative action) and using Instakaam vendor tools and related services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or services. Electronic acceptance is intended to form a valid contract under the Information Technology Act, 2000 (including Section 10A).

2. Services

Instakaam provides staffing and recruitment services, including vendor AI tools for offer letters, GST invoices, payslips, salary structure calculation, company profile PDFs, XLSheet Excel workflows, brand memory, and related communication features. Services are operated by Bellu Technologies Pvt Ltd.

3. Free vs Paid data bargain

Plans may include Free and paid tiers (such as Super, Max, Team, and Enterprise). Data practices differ by plan as summarised below. Full detail is in the Privacy policy.

• Free — product promotion: Instakaam may contact you to promote Instakaam products using only your name and OTP phone number. We do not use payslips, offers, invoices, employee lists, or other document contents for product promotion.
• Paid — product promotion: We do not use your account data for Instakaam product promotion.
• All plans — staffing outreach: Your vendor contact/company details may be used by Instakaam for staffing and recruitment outreach. This is a condition of using Tools. There is no in-app opt-out while you continue to use the service. To withdraw this consent, stop using Tools and/or request account deletion via Contact.
• Chat improvement:We may use your chatting to improve Instakaam GPT and multi-agent features unless you turn this off in Privacy & data settings. We do not use your tool document contents or employee lists to train or fine-tune models.

4. User content and licences

Your uploaded brand assets and business content remain yours. You grant Instakaam a limited licence to process that content only as needed to operate the services you request (for example, generating PDFs), plus the Free promo and staffing-outreach uses described above where applicable. You represent that you have the rights to upload any logos, templates, employee, or client data you provide, and that doing so does not violate applicable law.

5. User responsibilities

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Use the platform lawfully and in good faith
• Keep account credentials secure
• Ensure you have rights to any logos, templates, employee, or client data you upload
• Comply with all applicable employment and workplace rules
• Use Tools only if you are 18 years of age or older

6. Generated documents

Document templates and AI outputs are provided to help staffing vendors work faster. You are responsible for reviewing legal accuracy, compliance, and final wording before sharing with candidates or clients.

7. Plans, billing, and payments

Free and paid plans may be offered with different usage limits. Paid plan fees are shown on the pricing page before purchase. Payments may be processed through Razorpay or other payment partners. By purchasing, you authorize the charge for the selected plan.

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & cancellation policy.

8. Intellectual property

All website content, branding, and platform materials are owned by Instakaam / Bellu Technologies Pvt Ltd or its licensors. Unauthorized copying or use is prohibited.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Instakaam is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or services, including reliance on generated PDFs or spreadsheet outputs.

10. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes to data practices may require renewed consent (new consent version). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
